By accessing or using NOIRA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be of the legal age required in your jurisdiction to use NOIRA. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these terms.

As a member of NOIRA, you agree to:

• Use the app lawfully and respect other members.
• Keep your device secure and take responsibility for activity in your session.
• Not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Report abuse and harmful behavior when you encounter it.

NOIRA is a shared space. Be respectful, keep conversations civil, and do not harass, threaten, dox, spam, or discriminate against others. Anonymity is a privilege that depends on everyone treating the community with respect.

Rooms on NOIRA are anonymous and may contain content from strangers that is unfiltered, unverified, or that you may find objectionable. NOIRA does not endorse and is not responsible for user-generated content. Never share personal, financial, or sensitive information with people you meet, and use your own judgment when interacting.

You may not post, share, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence or self-harm.
• Is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploits or endangers anyone.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or infringes the rights of others.
• Contains spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited advertising.
• Attempts to reveal the real-world identity of another member without consent.

We reserve the right to moderate rooms, remove content, and suspend or permanently terminate access — with or without notice — for any violation of these terms or behavior that harms the community. Automated and manual systems may act on reports of abuse.

The NOIRA name, logo, brand, design, and software are owned by NOIRA and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the app or its assets without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant us a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

NOIRA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOIRA and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app or from interactions with other members.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NOIRA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
