By accessing or using NOIRA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Anonymous Conduct
NOIRA is an anonymous space, but anonymity is not a license for abuse. You agree not to harass, threaten, spam, or share illegal content, and not to impersonate others or attempt to de-anonymize members.
4. Community Safety
We reserve the right to moderate rooms, remove content, and restrict access to protect the community. Automated and manual systems may act on reports of harmful behavior.

The NOIRA name, brand, design, and software are owned by NOIRA and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app without permission.
6. Service Availability
NOIRA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOIRA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
